Hey folks, thanks for dropping by.
So looks like us folks in here Tasie are slowly getting things back to together. I have performed at a few live events and looks like there is a few more on the cards.
Its far from over but I feel that we're all doing our part. Music sure is a great way to unwind and escape.
At this stage, our live stream "Shed Sessions" will be once or twice a month instead of weekly.

With an all-star Tasmanian line-up consisting of Tom Wolfe, Pete Cornelius, Scott Targett, Jethro Pickett, Beau Thomas, Tim Rozemulder, Joe Weller and Louisa Hogue, the band will deliver the Let it Be album in its entirety from start to finish. In addition, they'll tackle tracks from Sgt Pepper's Lonely Hearts Club Band, Abbey Road and the 'White Album' for good measure!
Bob Dylan is the greatest songwriter of all time, being the first artist to have a top 40 album in each decade since the 60s including classics such as 'Blowin in the Wind, Like a Rolling Stone & Knockin on Heavens Door'. Jed Appleton, a seasoned troubadour will be able to perform a few of Dylan’s classic hits and will be showcasing songs from his new album ’The Divide’.
Heartfelt, honest, and deceptively simple, Lasca Dry’s songs are direct, emotive and played with haunting vocals and contagious melodies. Lasca sings of life, love, and loss carrying her listeners into new places and other realms.

Broadbeach Blues Festival, Broadbeach QLD
Blues on Broadbeach Music Festival started in May 2002 and is one of Australia’s largest non-ticketed music festivals. Pete and the DeVilles were at the very first few festivals so its a buzz to be back on board!
Dorset Council has teamed up with Shimano and the Tasmanian government to showcase regional produce, craft beer, wine and spirits with our amazing Mountain biking trails. The events team will create a unique festival experience by creating a hub of live music, food, drinks, entertainment and access to the latest MTB gear on the planet.
The Pete Cornelius Band have been covering the odd Tom Waits song (most are slightly odd) for many years but have finally decided to dedicate a whole night to a variety of his works. There's also some fabulous guests on board for this one off event. Dean Stevenson, Steve Young, Al Dobson, Dave Edmonson, Claire Anne Taylor and Bruce Cornelius. And the band will be Pete Cornelius, Simon Holmes, Henry Nichols and Randal Muir. Please book early to avoid disappointment as this is a one off show.

“Doing Me Good” is the 2019 release from the Pete Cornelius Band. Recorded live to tape at Pete’s Elephant Room Studio in St Marys, Tasmania over a few sessions during the colder months of 2018. This album features all original material collected over the years since his triumphant 2013 album, “Groundswell”. The 11 songs have a deep feeling of ease and contentment as Pete continues to find his flow, writing and performing.
“Doing Me Good” also features collaborations with some of Tasmania’s finest musicians, including Claire Anne Taylor, Ange Boxall, Danny Healy and Randal Muir.
Groundswell is a mix of Pete's original material and some tasty covers from some of Pete's favourite songwriters. Groundswell rocks and rolls with a strong New Orleans flavour.
